Kingston City Council Survey - August 2021:

SPEAKingston and the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce recently sent a survey to City Councillors and the Mayor to understand more about the biggest issues facing Kingston and the City Council, and to learn what each councillor feels has been their biggest contributions. The Mayor and Councillors Hill, Boehme, McLaren, Osanic, Doherty, Oosterhof and Chapelle all responded. Councillors Holland, Kiley, Hutchinson, Stroud and Neill declined to participate.

Common themes have emerged from the survey, including concerns around housing, infrastructure and the attracting new business to Kingston. We will be sharing their responses over the next two months and will continue to engage with Council on the most pressing issues as we prepare for a City election in 2022.

We asked your City Council: what are the top three issues City Council should be focusing on?
